Terms of Service & Booking Rules

By making a reservation through our website or B2B system, all participants are deemed to have accepted the following terms. Signing a physical copy of these terms is mandatory before the tour begins.

1. Driver’s License and Competence

• The participant declares that they hold a valid and appropriate driver's license.
• Detailed information about the vehicle and its usage is provided before the tour. The participant acknowledges that they are competent to operate the vehicle.

2. Alcohol and Substance Policy

• Consumption of alcohol or any mind-altering substances during the rental or tour period is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

3. Liability and Damages

• Vehicle Return: Vehicles must be returned in the same intact condition as received.
• Material Damage: The participant accepts full liability for any damage caused to the vehicle, equipment, or third parties (pedestrians, other vehicles, property) due to their own negligence or rule violations.
• Traffic Violations: Any traffic fines or legal penalties incurred during the tour are the sole responsibility of the participant.

4. Safety and Prohibited Maneuvers

• Drifting, speeding, and dangerous maneuvers are strictly prohibited.
• Non-compliance with the guide’s safety instructions may lead to the termination of the tour without a refund.

5. Health and Risk Waiver

• The participant acknowledges the inherent risks of the activity and waives the right to claim compensation from the agency or its employees in the event of injury, provided that safety rules were not breached by the agency.

6. Technical Support and Early Termination

• The agency is responsible for providing technical support in case of a mechanical failure.
• No refund will be issued if the tour ends early due to participant-related reasons or adverse weather conditions.
